Cancellation Policy
PAYMENT TERMS 1 50% Deposit is due to secure event remaining 50% is due before or upon arrival on the event date. PAYMENT METHODS All payments must be made payable to: Kizie N. Lauderdale, FL Note: PayPal and Western Union transactions incur additional fees, which must be covered by the Promoter. PROMOTER RESPONSIBILITIES The Promoter agrees to provide the following: An outdoor performance area or a minimum of 10 feet of social distancing between the audience and the Artist. (Artist/staff will notify the Promoter if this restriction is lifted.), Designated valet parking spaces (for Artist and staff), One (1) staging green room. *OUT OF TOWN Per diem meal allowance of $50 for duration of stay. Hotel room with two beds at a 4 star or better hotel. Hotel should be shared with artist manager for approval before booking for the duration of stay. If any of the above requests cannot be met, the Promoter must inform the artist in advance so that proper accommodations can be arranged. *Valet and complimentary meals will be updated depending on package selected. PROMOTION & RIGHTS The Artist grants the Promoter the rights and tools to promote the Artist’s participation in the event. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY Deposits are non-refundable. Date changes are negotiable but must be requested in writing at least 14 days prior to the event. If the Artist cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, the deposit will be refunded, or an alternative date may be arranged. If the Promoter cancels the event after the deposit is paid, the deposit will not be refunded, and any remaining balance will not be due. AGREEMENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT This acceptance of this agreement acknowledges and confirms that both parties agree to the terms outlined herein.
